What's your Return Policy?
Most new, unopened merchandise sold by Four-Bros.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.
Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged, refunded, credited to your account as determined by Four-Bros.com. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.), unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. Returns for purchases made with a gift card or a Store Credit will be refunded as a Store Credit.
Original shipping charges will be fully refunded in the event that the return is the result of an error by Four-Bros.com. Exceptions may apply (including Express Delivery). Items must be returned with all components for a full refund.
RETURN ONLINE Customer support is also available to help get your return started and is available to help schedule pick up of your return items for your convenience.
Do you provide return label?
Yes, we offer prepaid return labels. Once we receive your product back, if its not in a sellable condition, we will deduct the return cost from your refund and we might charge restocking fees depending on your return's condition.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are usually issued instantly. But might take longer in some cases.
