My led lights flicker when the dimmer is turn down?
This dimmer only dims down to a certain level (10%). This dimmer wont flicker with compatible bulbs

Will this work if ground not attached as I don't have one in the box and box is not grounded?
Yes, it should work without grounding it even though we recommend it.
